How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Do you offer samples with every order?
We love sharing the K-Beauty experience! Most orders include complimentary deluxe samples of our best-selling products, such as the Water Bank Cream or Lip Sleeping Mask, subject to availability.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products typically list the manufacturing date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). Most LANEIGE products have a shelf life of 36 months unopened and 12 months after opening.
